Default Hooker CB Bolt Size

Somehow one of the bolts on my Hooker CB got cross threaded and I can't get it off and it's rattling like crazy.

I'm going to cut it off but wanted to know if anyone knew what size the bolt is.
Worst case scenario I can cut it off and match it to a new bolt but wanted to see if anyone here knew what size it is.

Thanks

Are you talking about the bolts that join the muffler to the I pipe?

Dude, time to invest in a tap and die set. It doesnt matter how bad you strip/cross thread something. Just tap that bitch out (or even thread the damaged threads on the bolt) and call it a day. $9.99 at Harbor Freight... or $70 for the one that goes up to 1 inch size bolt. I don't start a project without it.

Take a angle grinder and cut the bolt heads off and drill out the holes and use a nut and a bolt. I did this on my hooker CB when it was new. No taped threads any more.
