Testing Coils?
Testing Coils? Is there a way to test the LS1 coil to determine if it is good/bad?
Buddy's car is LT1 with the LTCC conversion and it pulls strong to 6300 then looses power by about 50HP then rises and falls. Trying to rule out coils as being the problem.

Re: Testing Coils? Thanks. Looking back on the install we did not place the coils in the best location. We put them on the firewall b/c it looks cool....next time we will think of function....
Re: Testing Coils? The only test I know of requires an osilliscope.

Have seen a poor PCM driver this way B-4.
