The opening on the intake is 78mm and the factory C5 throttle body is 75mm so no need to open up the inlet any

Nah, I was out of town this weekend and we're pretty busy at my shop this week. I'll try to wrap up the port work and bolt it on so I can port match it this week sometime. Who knows how long before I'll get a chance to dyno it again, maybe in a few weeks.

Here's how the intake lined up to the heads with no port matching.

Finished last night and bolted it on. I'm running the car at the track Saturday.

It was pretty close, I used a pick to scribe the bottom of the intake and matched it the best I could.
