Default Header installation????

Do you have to jack the engine up to install longtube headers on a firebird or can it be done with leaving the engine as is???

Jack it up by the K-member. You might need to put some wood between the k-member and jack to get the car high enough.

i used some rhino ramps on the rear wheels and jacked up the front max on the jack and added wood blocks as well. to answer ur Question no i did my LT's without jacking the engine by itself, not needed

no need to jack the engine just the car. they will slide in if you get in high enough.
