Where to get these brackets for TD setup

Where to get these brackets for TD setup Im having duals put on the car in a week and a half and I need to get some hangers. I have found the L shaped hangers in Summit but I can't seem to find that little bracket with the rubber that they attach to in the picture below. If anyone could point me in the right direction to find them that would be great.
