Default Motor-mounts Backwards?

Yes..

Not the shells themselves, but the rubber mount

I converted to Prothanes, and you know they have that lil metal tab on one side.

Well...My engine is in the car, and Its not sitting straight. I cannot get the trans mount to bolt up. It is favoring the right side.

The K-member came out of a wrecked car, so maybe its twecked? But I do feel the mounts may be in backwards. Those lil metal tabs, to they both face the front side? back side? or does it even matter?

Someone please help.

what kind of k member is it? you can put the inserts in backwards and you won't get the bolts in at all. I had a problem with my tublular k and the prothanes as well. eventually made it fit It didn't just fall in to place. I thought it was the k member i got, maybe just a little off or something.

I don't see how you can install motor mounts backwards
