routing knock sensors wire/wire plug

routing knock sensors wire/wire plug about to install my FAST intake...I haven't taped down the knock sensors wire yet because I was wondering...
How does the knock sensors wire potrude from the intake? Does it just get sandwiched between the valley and the intake manifold? Does the wire plug (indicated by the longer blue arrow in the pic below) go out the back?
Does anyone have a pic of the back of an LS1 engine? Thanks again for any help/advice.

Yes, just run it out the back, mine is run around the oil pressure sending unit (no interference with the other wires), it will be sandwiched a bit between the valley and the intake. You would probably be okay running it in between like your picture though.

We usually run it as close to the passenger side hed as possible. It will be sandwiched under the intake, Just make sure that you take the plastic pieces off and use duct tape to secure it to the valley cover.
