Default Which Plugs?

Im doing a header install and going to just go ahead and change the plugs while everything is easy to get to. Which plugs should I use? I like the NGK line of plugs. What does everybody else use? Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated!

TR55's are copper
I, personally, use cheap copper AC's or Champion. There isnt any hp improvement with the tr55's that ive noticed, and havent lost any with the cheap plugs.
Just make sure you gap em all accurately

I got mine from THUNDER RACING -------->
$16 for plugs NGK TR55
$69.99 for 10.4 Taylors
However Speed Inc. --------> sells the 10.4 for 54.99

I went up to Oreilys Auto parts and oredered the Iridium Ngks. $5.89 a piece. So platnum is going back in it. I figured who wants to change plugs every year?
