Question Traction Control Light?

I have a 2002 Camaro SS SLP#5878 M6.When ever I try to race and drop it to 3rd hard my traction control light comes on for about a second, but I dont even have traction control option on it?Is that normal?

I too do not have traction control..

when the light on the dash comes on it says LOW TRAC right?

I get that too sometimes. But it comes on more when i am going fast and i down shift, then the light will come on

It's just telling you your loosing traction.

My traction control would be turned off and it would turn itself on at times and I couldn't turn it back off. It ended up being in the tuning. I adjusted the parameter and all was well.
