Header install. What else do I need?
Doing an FLP long tube header install next week. Just wondering what else I should get/need to make this install as smooth as possible.
O2 Sims a must? O2 senor extensions? MAFT?
Anything I might need please post. Thanks in advance!

10 MM gear wrench!!!! antiseize, new gaskets, and a friend. Extensions are a must, get sims if you cant get the code deleated and if you dont want to see the SES code. good luck

FLP should send you everything you need, including the gaskets. also I did not use 02 sensor extension wires the passenger side has plenty of wire and the drivers side I just found a new path for the wire and it was long enough, but only by an inch or less. get the simms deleted it wont cost much more than just buying the simms. good luck

Definently get a friend like Z-Rated said. It took me approximately 8hrs with a friend helping with half the work. It would be hard to put bolts in and hold the headers in place by ones self.

I think these suggestions are great! I'm ready to do a header install myself. Was going to do it today, but felt I wouldn't get it done in time to use the car again. Plus I would have been doing the work by myself with a floor jack....
