Egr block off problem

Egr block off problem Well on my 99 i took off all the egr crap when i put my headers on of course,and for the intake i used a flat peice of plasticand and siliconed around it,and its not doing so well.i had to reseal it once already because it sprang a leak LOL,but it is a pain in the ***.any body have any idea's??
