Quick questions: I looked through the search and stickys and didn't find anything.

Anyone know where I could find the bolt specifications to PaceSetter LongTubes (where they bolt to the head) and the bolt specs to the stock water pump? I thought I had seen a file somewhere that had some bolt specs but I can't remember where.

On LS1howto.com they tell you for a C5 vette to tighten the header bolts to 18 ft/lbs. Now because c5 heads are the same (or atleast made outof the same material) as f-body heads... id say 18's a safe bet, not only that but I remember it being somehting like that when i did my swap way back in the day...

 

Bolt size? Or Torque specs?

Bolt size for the header is M8 x 1.25 x 30.

I dont know for sure about the water pump.
