!AIR without SES

!AIR without SES I have heard you can pull the air pump without getting a SES , so do you just leave in the fuses and just pull the pump and hoses itself and leave the wiring alone (except for connector at pump)? Its on a '01, doing headers, dont need air.

Re: !AIR without SES I pulled every hose out, the pump and the vacuum tree and have not received a code for the AIR yet. When I ran a diagnosis with a scan tool it showed not all systems supported but did not throw a SES light.

and trust me, if i can do it right the first time, ANYONE CAN
just get under there and start unbolting it, but ya might wanna wear some glasses because all that dirt and crud will fall in your eyes, and i had pinkeye for a week cause of it
