Coil pack?

Well for a couple weeks now i've been having a misfire under hard acceleration and if i'm trying to go up a incline. Its a 99 ws6. I thought i had it fixed when i noticed a plug wire arching off the valve cover because the wire was coming off the coil. The front coil pack on the passenger side was also arching off the dipstick tube. Not from th plastic but from the metal piece that bolts to the bracket. What could cause this?? And now tonight it started doing it again. At idle there is no arching at all that i can see but as soon as i hit the gas it looks like all the the coil packs are arching underneath the coil packs. What could be causing this??
