Slp muffler question

Default Slp muffler question

well i have the twister bullet muffler its about like the spiral flow from moroso,and it sounds good i like it but somtime i want more noise and was thinking about get a slp LM muffler.i heard they are pretty much a streight through nothing in side them but a larger pipe to appear as a muffler.is this true?and would going from my twister to this be alot louder???

Yes, what you heard is true. There is nothing inside them. A buddy of mine has some on his true dual setup. I have Spiral Flows on mine and his car makes my car sound tame. It will be louder.

I got rid of my slp muffler in favor of a borla xr-1 because after a while the slp got annoying

i have lm1. i wouldnt recommend it unless for an otherwise stock exhaust like mine. still some people do it. you could get one used in the classifieds for cheap im sure and bolt it in. but yeah, straight through. nothin inside.

mine is untuned at the moment and it sounds like crap, but before the ses light comes on it sounds really good, im ditching the resonator and 10" offset tube and putting in a single tube. Thay fit together like a square in a round hole. Ex. leaks
