valve covers

Hey Guys,

I am getting rid of 98 heads and therefore need to switch over to center bolt valve covers. My problem is I have seen many different types of center bolt valve covers for sale. The difference is some seem to have more holes (not the ones to attach the valve covers to the heads but the other ones). I bought coil brackets from an 04 corvette, so which valve covers can I use? Ls1, ls2, ls6?

These two seem different but are both center bolts from LSx engines

any should work, the 5.3 valve convers seem to have one less hole for your pcv system

I am just worried about the coil brackets and whatever else bolts up the valve covers not working.

I don't see why the Coil Brackets wouldn't bolt to it..

Don,t for get about your pvc system. You need a drivers side valve cover with a rubber groment in it to put your pvc valve in or you need to convert to a ls6 pvc system.

What would I need to do if I am using these valve covers? If I have to go to ls6 pcv system does that require more than the valley cover? Can I go to a catch can?
