Default New Duals Soon

Just wanted to see what you guys think of my soon to have new dual setup.

Car is spring summer fun car so i dont care how loud it is, but ground clearance is an issue, going with 2.5 duals under the right side with 2 power packs and side dumps. i think this should sound aggressive as hell with no crossover and be pretty light, and once the cams in i should get plenty of tickets!!

My next car will have true duals on it. I personal like the way it sounds. Get a vid up once you do.

side exit and good ground clearance rarely go together.

dump them, or run them up over the axle and out the back.

and i would put some kind of crossover in. magnaflow makes a nice compact X pipe, the legs are parallel in/parallel out so its easy to put in a side-by-side pipe setup.

this setup has it...i would dump it after the mufflers if you want it light.

you can order the I-pipe for the v6 fbody from Summit racing, made by dynomax.

its 2.5" mandrel bent. get 2 of them, run them side by side over the axle and then split them out to each tip.

probably easier than finding a shop to do it.

the duals on my old lt1 were like this but over the axle on the right side, i dont want that, its too heavy, also a crossover will cost more money and for the extra 5 horsepower i dont think its needed, the exhaust should tuck up like stock if he does it like my old car, then turndowns facing the side of the car, shouldnt even see it.
