Default ssra on an ss camaro?

Would it be beneficial to block off the factory ram air when installing a ssra? Would it be better to have it sealed off to develop pressure or would it be better to get as much air as possible by leaving it open?

I don't think that it matters. I would just make sure that you seal your air box completely anyway.

Block it off and make sure your airbox is completly sealed. there have been a couple of threads on here recently that have some good info on how and why to do it.
