im going to start looking at up grades and mods for my ls1 engine should i go carb (if so why?) or should a stay EFI (if so why?) im looking for a round 550hp. if your running a round 550 hp could you tell me your engine specs.

If you can tune a carb yourself it might not be a bad idea to swap. Otherwise if you already have EFI it's going to be about the same cost to get a better intake/ throttle body and just pay to have a tune done. I myself have a wideband and have been messing with carbs for years so it was a no brainer, plus my camaro has been carb for 25 years now so I already had the carb and carb fuel system setup.
