what kind of power do you think this setup would make?

Are you using a 92mm TB also? You should save some money and not get the rockers. You can get the same hp with stock rockers and a different cam.

yeah i was gonna rum a 92mm tb as well. why the rockers aren't any good? these rockers will free up some friction loss. do you think i'll have any ptv clearance issues?
