TPS not reading 100%

TPS not reading 100% hey guys i have a Accufab 4150 throttle body and the tps sensor thst came with it does not read 100% only 95%
...i loosened the bolts and adjusted it and still nothing... only 95, the linkage is going all the way floored.even tried it with out the cable hooked up and didi it manually and nada..
might be a bad tps??
have any of u had this problem before..
on 1 time i adjusted it saw 100 but it was at 6% with it idleing..then turned it off and it only read 95 again...do i have to set it up a certain way ??

IH8FORD has a 4150 accufab, and it reads the same way. Never messed with it though, just made sure that PE was enable by 95%. And if you're still using a 4L60E make sure the Full Throttle Enable is set accordingly.
