FAST 90 install HELP

FAST 90 install HELP when u install a fast 90 do u HAVE to put different bolts in the valley so the intake will sit all the way down..bc i didnt change them and i think i have a vacume leak. has any one put a fast 90 on and not changed to bolts in the valley.. thanks guys
