F*****G Holley... MAP Sensor Issue
F*****G Holley... MAP Sensor Issue OK, I have to dick around with having a close-out plate made for this intake (aluminum Holley), the polishing job SUCKED, and now this:
The MAP sensor is supposed to plug into the back of this thing, but the hole is too big for my MAP sensor (it'll fall out).
Do the pre-2001 LS1 intakes have a larger hole in the manifold for the MAP sensor?
Are the MAP sensors interchangeable from 2000 to 2001?
If I have to weld this thing up and redrill it, I swear I'm going to drive down to Holley's headquarters and give somebody an enema with this intake.

Re: F*****G Holley... MAP Sensor Issue umm I didn't have any problems with mine, ya the sensor does not fit as snug, but the kit comes with a screw that holds it down, screw it in , tighten it up and no leaks.
