I've had both...I had Kooks with 1 3/4" primaries in my previous T/A and now have ARH with 1 7/8" primaries and honestly even with the bigger primaries my ARH's fit tons better!
They clear all wiring (which I burnt through with Kooks), the k-member and all components with plenty of room to spare, they fit absolutely great. ARH's fit & finish is great, the y-pipe is much nicer and their customer service cannot be beat.

yeah I just want something that will fit nice and don't wanna have to jack up the motor or undo the bolts to the mounts. I want it as painless as possible, but still an easy install. I've heard people having to take off the steering shaft on the driver's side to install the Kooks.. Is this true??

When installing ARH you don't have to do any of that bs...just remove the factory components, jack the car up HIGH and the headers will slip right in. No hacking, modding, bfh, undoing the steering shaft or jacking up of the engine needed.

shouldn't have a problem with either one...I have only installed Kooks, but have also heard nothing but good things about ARH.
