Mezeire water pump?
The Meziere uses the same belt that your stock pump does - the idler pulley on it is the same size as stock to retain the stock routing and belt size.
If it doesn't come with a thermostat already installed, you'll need one for a small block chevy (old school), and it goes in the upper neck, not the lower one like the stock thermostat. You must also remove the stock thermostat from its housing - you can use the stock housing, but not with the thermostat installed.
I had to clearance the bottom of the cam on the throttle body (what the cable connects to) to get it to clear, but other than that, that's it.
