whats this sensor i broke? Pic inside i was pulling some stuff off today, and unplugged this sensor on the side of the block, and when it came off, the plastic piece of the male-end came with it :p
the 3 metal prongs are still attached to the block
I need to know what it is, so i can order one from the local GM parts dealers
so...what is it?

Re: whats this sensor i broke? Pic inside If Im seeing that picture right, it should be the water temp sensor. Is it next to the number 1 spark plug...slightly above it to the left if you're looking at it from the drivers side of the car?
Re: whats this sensor i broke? Pic inside Yeah, that's the tempature sender. Mine also broke when i indstalled my headers. But the plug still fits on there, it jsut doesnt snap in. it has been fine for 5 months now...
