What kinda bullshit is this? I can't believe these headers are doing this. If this happens to mine you better believe the manufacturer will hear about it. This is obviously an issue that needs attention.
If you haven't contacted Pacesetter, PLEASE do and tell them this is a very common problem that apparently needs dealt with.
except when it happens to every header with emissions fittings that are blocked off, regardless of the manufacture. buy race style headers. problem solved.

Well it is too late for race headers so everything on the primaries have to be removed/ and welded up if I go non egr air. I think I finally understand, so when people say delete rear o2s its not only because there obsolete once the cat is gone there is also no fittings for them on the y correct?

there are fittings for them. people plug them up with an O2 bung plug. but yes, the rear O2s are useless with no cats.

You're right. That would solve your problem, but not someones problem who, for whatever reason, wants to keep the AIR/EGR. I think all manufacturers of headers need to rethink how these provisions are attached to the primary. Seriously, is there nothing that can be done to reinforce these fittings so this doesn't happen?

My y pipe dosen't have a fitting for rear o2s it's a pacesetter y pipe. So what do I do with the rears ziptie em up and tune out?

Unplug them and then ziptie the connector up outta the way...
