Default Catch Can

I finally dragged the welder out for something else and made my catch can mount and put in on. I got the can from Rev Extreme. I love their CNC throttle body. I thought the mounting bracket for the catch can left a little to be desired. See photo. So I whipped one up. I think it is a lot cleaner(tucked in), and secure.
Let me know what you guys think.
Ed

The first photo is the bracket that came with it. ITs thin and only uses 1 bolt to the head. Sorry I don't have mine before I welded it on and bolted it in.

Looks good. How do you empty it? Does it detach from the bracket easily?

Default Emptying

The can comes with a drain valve on the bottom. Like a compressor.
Thanks

lol...wish you would have taken a pic of the bracket before mounting it. Looks good though! I was talking about this exact same thing in this thread last week https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...ferrerid=13535. You're right, the can is very nice but they sure whimped out on the bracket. Even the holes aren't drilled out properly, it looks more like they've been ripped open with a dull punch.

Yea they do, I have the cardboard template I used to cut the bracket out. I could sent it to you. Did you mount yours differently.

I mounted mine with the included bracket. I like where it is, just don't care for the flimsy bracket, I appreciate the offer, but I'll take it off and see what I can come up with.
