Get some OEM header gaskets, be real careful pulling the bolts out, they seem to be prone to snapping... No, you don't have to jack the motor up, mine slid right in. Make sure you jack the car up pretty damn high though. I did mine on a lift, it made life much easier.

Yep, car needs to be up pretty high. You'll be very happy with the results!

If you are planning on keeping your A.I.R system, do yourself a big favour and tap the bolt holes on the headers. Pacesetter tells you to use bolts and nuts on your AIR fittings and they are a bitch due to lack of room. Also do a search for the A.I.R restrictor mod. I did this right away when I installed cause everything I read said it would burn out the check valves if I didnt. If you are ditching the A.I.R system, disregard.

Use anti seize on your header bolts when you re-install.

If you have big hands like I do you may want to remove your coil packs from one or both sides. If I had been doing mine by myself I wouldn't have been able to get to some of the bolts even though I used a hoist. Luckily I had some buddies that were able to get the ones I couldn't.

Good luck man.
