Stock heads need work

Stock heads need work I have LS6 heads its a full LS6 motor an im not camming it or anything would i get away with putting the heads back on without doing anything to them

i was gona cam it im taking the block out to put rings in because they went an i wasnt sure if i could put the heads back on just the way they are like no upgraded springs or anything
first you said you ARE NOT gonna cam it
now you say you are?
if the heads came OFF the motor...and you put them back ON the motor...with nothing done and no cam...why WOULD you gain anything.
going from ls1 heads to ls6 on stock cam will gain a little power but not much
