F-Body LS6 PCV Conversion Coolant Crossover Question
'99 F-Body
Anyone run a LS6 Valley Cover (GM Part # 12568002), Intake Manifold, and stock 4 way coolant crossover pipes on their F-Body?
I need to know if the LS6 Valley Cover will work with the LS6 Intake Manifold and stock 4 way coolant crossover pipes.
Also, is there a torque spec for the coolant crossover pipes? 106 in. lb.?
Thank you for the help,
Jason Doyle
P.S. I have searched and have yet to find anything substantial. The only thing I found was talking about doing some grinding on the intake so the crossover pipes fit better.

what i would be worried about is the raised circles on the ls6 valley cover. unlike the ls1 valley cover it is all flat and the coolant pipes run very close to the top of it. although i dont know if some of those raised circles will interfer with the pipes
I found that grinding on some of the bottom parts of the LS6 intake helped to give the coolant crossover pipes and knock sensor harness room to move around. At first, I taped the harness to the valley cover but that still allowed the harness to rub on the intake/valley cover and become exposed to the elements. I now have the harness zip-tied to the coolant crossover pipes with the bottom of the intake ground down. So far so good.
Thank you for the help though.
I could also see how some people would wanna stay away from grinding on their $300+ intake manifold.
