What is the stock diameter for the 99 LS1 intake manifold? What about the LS6 intake manifold? And of course i know the FAST 90 and 92 is called for a 90 or 92 TB. What is the LS2 intake manifold and will it work on the LS1?

im pretty sure the LS1/6 manifolds are 78mm.
LS2-thinking they came in 90mm, but compatability with the heads im not so sure about, someone will chime in here.
ive seen people cut a 90mm inlet off IIRC a LS2 and glue it on a LS6 manifold.

ls1 and ls6 are both 78mm. the ls2 is 90mm, but does not flow as well stock for stock as a ls6. from what i understand a properly ported ls2 is going to flow better then an ls6.
in short, get an ls6 manifold and port your stock tb. expect about 10-20hp from those 2 mods together over stock.
