possible FAST TB fix
so i took it all apart including the shaft out of the body, to see if by adjusting the blade it would solve the problem.
what i found out was that whoever put it together HE-MAN the screws that hold the blade to the shaft. the shaft is aluminum.
when i took it all apart i noticed the shaft being a little bent. which caused the TB to stick.
took the shaft and bent it back sightly using a glass table as a guide to keep it straight
i put it all together making sure not to apply too much pressure on the screws while tightening them down and put a little locktite on the screws.
put it back on the car and it seems fine. the pedal moves smoother and the TPS values have smooth increase.
so i do believe that the reason FAST 78 ans FAST 90 TB's stick is the numb nuts who puts them together presses too hard on the bolts
and slightly bends the shaft.
hopefully this helps some of you that have the same problem
