stock ls1 TB and LQ9 question???

Will a stock LS1 Throttle Body be a direct replacement for a DBW TB in a 03' LQ9?? I know these engines are iron blocks and have drive by wires.

What all would be needed if anything???

It will bolt right up, so long as the TB flange has three bolts (in a triangular pattern).

Edit: Why are you using a truck intake on your F-body? Just use your LS6 intake, it will bolt right on to the 317 heads. Unless this question is for a different application?
