What do ya'll wire ya'lls e-cutout to?

What do ya'll wire ya'lls e-cutout to? I just got the the electric part of the cutout and before I install it I just wanted to know where do ya'll splice into or what do yall connect it to?
I got the summit brand electric cutout it comes with the toggle switch and the electric wires, which are one is yellow and the other black I guess it doesn't matter how I connect them to where ever I connect them right or wrong.

the switch has a spot for power and ground. The E-cutout wires can be hooked up either way, all it will change is which way you turn the toggle to open or close the cutout.

I reckon I wired it to a pink wire in the cigarette lighter and TCS harness in front of the shifter. Pink for power, black for ground.
