wtf... skip shift on an A4??

i went from an M6 to an A4 last summer so i know about skip shift... the other day i noticed for the first time that there is a skip shift light on my gauges in my A4... i has never lit up before but when i was getting in my car the sun hit the guages just right and i saw it on there.... is that normal on an A4??

Yeah it's there on all models, wether it lights up or not. Mine has the tcs off spot on my gauges but it's a non tcs car soooo yeah.

The gauges are the same for all of them... they just don't all light up if nothing is connected to them..
