Crate Engine or Tranny with Stall???
My current engine has 138,000 miles on and has been babied. I am the second owner, i have all service records and has kept regular maintenance with mobile 1 or RP fluids and seafoamed with zero smoke after doing so.
The tranny install would leave me with money to possibly do a 243 head sawp and ls6 intake. The crate engine plus labor would exhaust my funds. I also have the optionof ordering a turn key engine from a tahoe or 04 GTO for about 3500 this includes intake, pcm, harness, everything to do a direct swap with mileages ranging from 13k to 65k.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, please include recommended parts.
