Default Replacing FAST inner seal

anyone replaced the inner seal of th FAST intake?
If so, did you use part number 54022? If you did not, what did you use?

if you did, how difficult was it to get the halves back together? It looks like that 'rope' is alot thicker than what came out and IF I am able to get all the bolts back in the long sides are not going to be seal, looks like it is just sitting up too tall.

It is easy. Just lay the rope seal down in the grove, and put a little RTV at all the joints. Put the top piece back on and tighten it down.

Done that but for some reason it looks like the rope is too thick and the sides are not going to seal.
I will take back apart and make sure I have it all lined up which I think I do since the holes all line up.

Make sure seal is installed properly....then use the long bolts with a washer and nut on the bottom and tighten it down
