Headers vibrate car

i just finished installing my long tube headers and as i was going out for the test drive i noticed that whenever i come to a stop or sitting at idle in drive the car shakes bad. so at every stop light i have to put her in neutral. i know the header comes really close to the firewall and the ory at some points almosts touches the floorboard could that have something to do with it??? anybody else have similar problems. i need to get this fixed asap.
