calibrating speedo

calibrating speedo im sure this has been posted before but couldnt find anything
how hard is it to calibrate the speedo, i went form 3.42 to 4.11 and when the speedo says 90 im going 75, wouldn't be a big prob but i just put 100 fake miles on the car lol
would i be able to do this myself? or would i be able to take it to a dealership and have them change it without effecting my tune? anyone know what they'd charge?

problem is im 350 miles away from there (at college) so thats not an option unless i want another "100" miles plus whatever the mileage is from driving around here
