Underdrive Pully..to do or not to do

Just wondering if I should do this, for the guys who have done it, is there any noticeable difference in the revving of rpms, or is it one of those mods where every little bit helps...also, on a scale of 1-10, how hard of an install, don't have many tools at my disposal at the moment..thanks

I put one of those on when I had my cam installed back in July.. . its the 1000-1500 miles or so its been on I havnt had any kind of charging problems. As for power, I think its more of one of those "every little bit helps" mods.

get the SFI approved one though. so it wont crap out your motor

Get it. I have the ASP pulley and it's a good mod for the money. You can feel the difference. It seems to rev a little faster.

My belt keeps slipping off. I've had the pulley installed again (by a speed shop this time). Looks like I need a new tensioner.

DO IT!! I just installed mine and rev's are faster. also first gear feels more powerful. track time was 13.1xx at 107.xx MPH with just the pulley and SSRA mods and 10 degrees cooler air it is now much less!!! check my sig. took about 2 hours, but I had no idea what i was doing. I could probably do it in an hour now that i know what I am doing.

i believe MTI makes one and SLP used to make one but ASP is the one to get

. havent had any problems with mine.

HOSS - installations isn that hard, i did mine during my cam swap. only problem i had was trying to adjust the arms on the pulley so they'd stay clamped.
