Colonel,
Do you have a part no for the SLP bullet muffler? I couldn't locate it on their site. I'm gonna be taking the cats off of my SS through my GMMG, and I don't want it to be obnoxious!

I didn't use a part number. I just called them, told them what length and what diameter. They did the rest. Tell them you want a "resonator".

Colonel,
Is the SLP resonator you used the same as or similar to the one used in the Loudmouth system? If so, I may be able to pick one up from someone who did the "dynomouth" conversion.

I put a Dynomax Bullit in the I pipe and it took care of 90% of the rasp.

The only hang-up I have with the Dynomax bullet is that it's not stainless...I'd like to keep my exhaust all stainless.

Another vote for Dynomax. Does anyone else think that the header/ORY/bullitt muffler combo sounds like ****?!

Borla XR1 Sportsman; stainless steel, no rasp, no drone, no backpresure, pretty quiet until you step on it!

Are the Borla bullets a straight-through design with no baffles like the dynomax bullets?

The Borla bullets are for little cars; you probably want the Borla round mufflers:http://www.borla.com/xr1.sportsman.round.mufflers/

They are a straight-through design, but use stainless steel wool instead of the fiberglass used by Dynomax.
