Mid length header?

Mid length header? I bought some Macs and ORYP what kind of hp/tq would I be gaining? I am also planning on a 224/224 .581/.581 LSA 114 cam in about a month what hp/tq should I expect. I dynoed 324/339 with just a lid at 17,000 miles. I also bought LS1edit for the tuning side of things.
