Default Quieting down the Loudmouth 2... Please experts inside

Before anyone says try searching I did! I have been a member of this board since late 2000!!! I know there is a Borla muffler people use, also a dynomax and magnaflow round. My question is most people switch from a loudmouth 1 and replace the resonator. I'm looking for something with alot less rasp and more quiet than the LM2. Any help/videos would help. I plan on making a video to help others out as well.

The Borla is very good at reducing noise and rasp. It has good volume to absorb sound and a center screen that breaks up the sound to reduce rasp. The downside is at 5" you have to compromise on clearance.

It would be great of someone made a full length I pipe muffler.

The power flow is another option - I just like the look of the pipes in the rear so I'm not thrilled with it, but if you don't mind that look it's an excellent choice.

summit use to make a 24" bullet muffler, longer than any of the dynomax units. and it was only 4" in outside dia.

could also throw a short FM single chamber on each tip.

I added a loudmouth 2 dual\dual system to my car. It was too loud! I added a magnaflow bullet muffler to it and it is quiet ands sounds good!

Yes, you can still get them, if not from summit, others make them - about $100 - $150.
Ideally you want at least 18" of case to make a difference.
