New Toys!!! Got my new longtubes today. Decided to go with American Racing 1 3/4" race headers and TSP true duals. Just waiting on the duals to show up. The headers look great though, welds look good and not too much splatter. Even the girlfriend said they looked nice. Anyway, I'm getting baselined next week with and without nitrous and then I'll be able to install all my new toys and get it tuned.
Just want to give a quick thanks to the WS6Store and ARH for quick turnaround and great customer service.
Also wanted to share that nitrous and stock 4l60s don't play well with each other. I grenaded one about 2 years ago and toasted the 2nd gear clutches in my current one. I'll still try to make some passes on motor once the headers are in just to get an idea of the times it should run. Then I guess its time for a built trans and stall...Hello low 12s on motor and low 11s on spray, but then I need a cage..crap this hobby is expensive
