Default Help with checking exhaust leak

My LTFT is running kind of lean, like18% lean. Since the MAP checked out, I am guessing it is the headers or the o2 sensor area. How do you guys check for exhaust leak?

Also, just in case it is an intake leak. How do you check for that?

thanks

If its an exhaust leak, climb under the car while its running and have a buddy plug up the exhaust with a shop rag (or his hand if it isnt too hot). You should be able to hear any leak then.

Yep, that's how they do it at the muffler shops; if your buddy is wearing gloves it won't even mater how hot the tips are.
