Yeah, get rid of the MAF if it truly is maxed, not to mention you'll gain a few horses from not having that restriction. My SD tune is awesome, I seriously can't tell a different, you would almost swear that there was a MAF under the hood.
It's only a 2 bar map and a tune, just do it. For the price you would spend on trying to go bigger, just get rid of it.
