AIR removal
thanks
Kevin
*ok what i did was first removed the metal tubes coming from the headers and bolted on a set of AIR block off plates and disconnected the rubber tubing connecting the two headers, there will be a third line that runs from the header tubing along the D/S part of the engine bay down to that air pump.
*then from the driver side unbolted the two nuts under the bumber to get access to the AIR pump and disconnected the two hoses.
the one that runs from the air lid and the one that ran up the driver side of the engine bay to the headers.
*unbolted the air pump and pulled out the AIR fuse ...its the 30 Amp green one. *be sure to block off the hole in the air lid where the tubing use to run.
and that pretty much it. if im wrong any one can correct or revise this. but im almost positive this is correct.... oh and you might throw a code of you havnt had someone tune it out for emissions.
if you need pics PM me but i might not have them till after 4pm west coast time tomorrow
