Maf?

I have a 2000 WS6 and my maf has gone bad. What would be the best thing for me to do go OEM or aftermarket?

You can upgrade to a truck or Z06 85mm maf. Probably depend on what your mods are though.

All i have right now is a lid but I am going to be doing more than that.

Yeah it may be a worthwhile upgrade esp since you'll be needing the additional air flow with your upcoming mods.

If you go 85mm now, you'll have to have the MAF table re-scaled or you'll have issues. I'd go to the salvage yard or e-bay & buy a used stocker & then do the 85mm w/ your future mods. That way you'll only have to pay for a tuner once.

Would suck to get it twice...you will have to have it tuned but if you plan on running long tubes and whatnot you'll need to get it tuned to run optimally anyways.
