Anything wrong with have one hi-flow cat on the I-pipe??

Is there anything wrong with having an off-road Y and just one hi-flow magnaflow cat right after the Y on the I-pipe? What will happen? Pros? Cons? Thanks for the help.

the only thing it will really do for you is quiet it down a little. the reason they are up close to the headers is because they are the most efficient the hotter they get

oh i gotcha. well right now i have two on the y-pipe but one is pretty much ruined due to speed bumps. so im either going to take that one off and just have one cat on the y, or im going to cut both off and put the one good one on the i-pipe

If you are going to put something in the I pipe put a bullet muffler in it. It's pointless imo to put cats in the I pipe.
